Red Wing boots

I haven't done much with my q45 or with my friends 929. I'll probably finally throw some of the useless q45 parts out today. I'm thinking about getting another pair of Red Wings here's the one i have now. I gotta wear my boots more so they get that good woren look, not like some shit hip pop idol Drake would wear.

The triangles have arrived

So on Wednesday I went with Armon and his friend to Oakland to pick up the clip. So far all we've done is take off the dash. I can't wait to work on this more.

Hella projector retrofit 929/sentia headlights

Here is a hybrid headlight that is composed of using the back part of 929 headlight, a sentia clear lense, and a hella projector. The only things left to do is buy the projector shroud and do some cool led shit for the signal lights in place of an led bulb.

Worthless original v6 gone

After work I went straight to Infiniti to order a new alternator and belt. Then we went to harbor freight and bought a cherry picker and pulled the engine out of the 929. The replacement should be here next month sometime and the new sentia crystal clear headlights should be in next week hopefully.

Mazda 929

Went over to Armon's today to finally work on his 929 after it sat for 3 years because the transmission and motor died. We pulled the transmission, drive shaft, and cats off. All that's left is to pull the motor and wait for the cool replacement to arrive to have even more fun. Then we came back to my house and put on the rotors and pads. Hopefully tomorrow I can put the alternator from my good motor on and see if that fixes the rough idle. If not, the adventure of finding out the rough idle continues.

Irotors rear slotted/drilled rotors and ceramic pads

I bought some rear rotors and pads cause my rotors were getting hella scratched up cause my pads were non-existent lol. They are some brand from ebay called Irotors, supposely they are decent.

B&M transmission cooler and VH45DE projects

So I decided to do some car work today and pulled out my B&M transmission cooler that I bought a while back and never installed. I have two spare VH45DEs sitting in my garage right now that I'm trying to work on. One of which is gonna be some type of forced induction project and the other going to be a table.

Q45

I'm going to start giving a shit about my Q45 again. I have a good amount of things to take care before i can do anything cool. Let's see I have to put on the transmission cooler, replace the steering rack boots, replace rear rotors, replace rear brake pads, get a new alternator, buy front and rear sway bars bushings, and probably some other stuff I can't think of right now. The monte carlo is out of the picture now, so all i have to do is concentrate on one car. Maybe I finally finish a cool project?

Pro-Touring

I can't seem to make up my mind between doing the vintage look or the pro-touring look. So far the pro-touring side is tipping the scale due to the fact i can do more stuff with it. Here's some pictures that were taken by P.Hellberg.

Boring stuff

After repeated days of telling myself i should clean my Q, i finally did today. I vacuumed and used some armor all wipes to clean the door sills and all that dirty shit that i haven't bother to fuck with since accquiring the car. While cleaning I realized this is the first car that I've owned that wasn't modded within weeks of ownership. Now with the Q its been almost 3 years of ownership and i haven't done anything cool with it. Armon came over yesterday to help me work on my cousin's corolla. The progress on that bitch is going well, I can't wait for that shit to leave my garage so the Monte Carlo can rest in there. Lastly some pictures i took of the bumper and fender so that I can do a before and after pictures later on.

Monte Carlo bumper and fender

The hella crazy ass rain today made my trip to Campbell a fuckin adventure. I went out there to pick up a front bumper and passenger fender from some dude. He was selling it for hella cheap so I had to jump on it. Now i just gotta get a new hood, grill, grill emblem, hood ornament and I'm done with fixing the front of the car. I should really buy the bushings for the Q's front and rear sway bars, shit has been sitting too long in my garage.

911 adventure is on pause

So it looks like the 911 adventure is on pause. The buyer of my 911 was some dude out in Napa. It's probably gonna turn out to look like some ugly ass car, but at least it'll be on the track where it belongs. It looks like in the meantime i will using this blog for my Q45 and Monte Carlo.

Pink Porsches

Porsche 911s seem to be cool in any color, although prior to the ones tuned by the Japanese i didn't think so. So i thought i would post some pictures of a color that is probably seen the least which is pink. The first car is from Rauh Welt and the second one is from Naigel Igeta.

King of JDM Porsche tuning

Some pictures of the king of Porsche tuning in Japan courtsey of one of my favorite blogs, Speedhunters. His name is Kei Nakai and to my surprise he started out being the leader of the infamous drift crew named Rough World that consisted of ae86s and jzx81s. Then from there he started Rauh Welt which is Rough World in German and the rest is history. I hope to someday meet this guy.
